Dr. Carter serves patients from Matteson and surrounding Illinois communities, including Tinley Park, Harvey, Joliet, and neighboring areas. He works closely with Serenity Choice Health’s multidisciplinary medical team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care. His clinical expertise includes managing routine abortion care as well as addressing patient concerns related to pain control, privacy, and recovery.
